Welcome to Manente Lawn and Landscape. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our services and website. By engaging with us or using our services, you agree to these Terms.

Services

We provide professional lawn care, landscaping, and snow removal services. Details of the scope, pricing, and schedule of services will be outlined in your service agreement or invoice.

Payment

Payment terms are mutually agreed upon prior to service. Accepted payment methods and due dates will be specified in your service agreement or invoice. Late payments may incur additional fees or suspension of services.

Scheduling and Access

You agree to provide access to the property as needed for us to perform services. If access is not available on scheduled dates, rescheduling may be required and could incur additional fees.

Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for informing us of any underground utilities, irrigation systems, or hazards on their property. We are not liable for damage to unmarked or undisclosed utilities or property.

Cancellations and Rescheduling

Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance to cancel or reschedule a service appointment. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a fee.

Weather and Force Majeure

Services may be delayed or rescheduled due to weather or circumstances beyond our control. We are not liable for delays caused by such events.

Limitation of Liability

Manente Lawn and Landscape is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our liability for direct damages is limited to the amount paid for the specific service.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey.
